Have you noticed under in control panel if you preview a sound, say a ringtone, it's nice and loud, but then get someone to call you
and compare.
It's much lower!! This is really silly...i hope its not a bug, - try it and see what i mean...the only way i can think of overcoming this is
increasing the DB to near digital distortion in cool edit and then copying a ringtone to a phone....
feedback on this P9 owners?

Is it considerably lower? My ringer is super loud with no noticable volume difference from what the preview plays. You might want to simply tweak all your volume settings to MAX to test it out.

I'm guessing your "ring volume" and "multimedia volume" are not maxed out. Mine is LOUDER ringing that in the control panel... Gives me a heart attack!

I tested this theory out with a friends p800, it seems to be the same :0 - the volume is lower when someone calls, but previews are louder!
Mines an 02 phone...is there a specific link to there firmware?
