one of the features i WANTED in p900 was the ability to customize the browser button. needless to say i find it USELESS to be configured to open the browser. there are SO MANY other more useful things that one should be able to do with that button.

an one of those should be LOCK THE SCREEN! whenever anyone develops a utility to do this, please let us know!

yeah but the point is to not install an application that serves for a hundred things in order to just take advantage of the screen lock. what's more, those apps don't use the real screen lock of the p900 (the ONLY one that keeps the screen off even if you tap it, and is unlocked by jogdial down/up, jogdial in).

Have you tried screenlock? It's a great and simple program for locking the screen, for example by pressing the browser button.
