...and this means, i can't connect it to any computer with the syncstation. i have tried installing the drivers of the dss-20, forcing it to understand that i have a dss-20 and not a dcu-11, but it keeps failing. it has worked fine for 8 or 9 months, what can be the problem? do syncstations have firmware or something? i don't think so. also i have tried several pc suite versions including the 2.0 of the p900... help please!

Check the part number on the label underneath:
If it's KRY 105 183 then it uses the DCU -10/11 USB drivers (which you can download from
www.sonyericsson.com).
If it's KRY 105 189 then it does use the DSS-20 USB drivers.
