> Help! Pics expanding in size!

Help! Pics on my 310 are expanding in size after download. That is, a 2kb pic takes up 13kb! Please advise this is highly frustrating.

Usually it takes double the original space cuz the phone makes a copy in the memory for easy access. Do a search for relevant threads, a lot me it regarding the t610 in the same matter.

Help. I've just seen that. A Jpg pic of 49k is taking 57 k. On the other hand a gif pic of 5k is taking 13k another Jpg pic taken by a communicam of 3k takes 8k. Whats going on guys. Pls help :-(

On the phone, there will be a RAW version of the image for fast rendering and editing. It's normal. It's been that way since the T68.
