I checked the Sony Ericsson Update Service, entered my CDA-number 162003/1 and got the following message:
"Your device is not supported"
I have done this lots of time and it has always worked. I also have updated my phone in december last year.
If I enter 162003/3 or 5 I can go on.
Anyone else with the same problem?

so perhaps that explains it now? maybe a recent change from your operator?

There is a new update!
For CDA162003/1, the latest organiser version is R3A06

No, For CDA162003/8, the latest organiser version is R2B02 according to Sony Ericsson Update Service.

So have you finished the update yet? Since you're last post I would assume that it should have been completed by now. Moreover, if so I'm guessing you check your system info to verify this, correct? Clue us in.

My battery was almost empty, 20% left. I am still charging my phone. It must be done very soon. It has been charging for more than 2 hours.
Of course I will let you know the system info, as soon as I have finished my update.
Hope I manage to post a print screen.
