do you already have a p8/900 is so not sure why you would need a pda as well the p range can do just as much and are good for surfing.
however i use a t2 and like the t3 alot, its down to personal taste really if you look the way windows works then the ipaq route will be more familier from the start.
palm is different but not hard to get to grips with.the new ipaqs are getting good reviews
and its worth knowing that os6 for palm and a new range are due soon

Sorry Slattery69, i posted my message from my P800 whilst my wife drove us a snowy Swiss mountain. I wanted to buy an ipaq since i can then get the tomtom BT gps for it but tomtom just released the t3 version and i think that it may be better in landscape etc.

I used a P900 and T3, with great sucess now I have a P900 its even better, but I prefer the Palm os rather than pocket PC, but the 2 make a great pair,

PS have you thought of the tungsten W its also very good.

Isn't the w a phone as well? Either way i was interested in a compact "panel" style screen. I was all set to get the ipaq 1940 but then the t3 came out. Now new Pocket PC's are about to be released...

At heart i'm an ex-psion 3, 3a, 5, 5mx lover and i have heard that palm has similar simplicity.

What might swing it in favour of the ipaq is if you can compile Powerpoint presentations on it.
