I got a good deal on an R320s from a fellow Esato member. Now I want to try flashing it. I already have a T28 FLASH cable. How do I start?

My advice would be to in to a SE service center - the upgrade will only cost you 10 euros tops and it only takes a few minutes. Why risk damaging your phone?!
