Is anybody else than me experiencing lipsync-problems with longer .MP4-files? Probably not so obvious in the short music-videos posted, but more so in e.g. Friends, where it starts out all right, but after the intro you already notice something is not 100%, and at the end the episode continues for two minutes without sound - i.e. 22 minutes of sound played with a 24 min video!

Have you tried playing them on your pc and skipping to the last 2 minutes to see if the sound and video match

These are Friends episodes I downloaded form one of the treads, so I did not do the converting. I will however test them on my PC tomorrow morning when I get off work... Thanks.
