Finnaly after many problems i did a reset (format C drive) my P800.
After that i saw that all the previous installation applications it's still there.
I mean that all the folders and files it's on C drive after the reset.
How can i do a cmplete format of C: ?
File manager can't do this because maybe all these folder are "locket" by the phone.

Not via service menu but via control panel.
And of course without memory stick on p800.
Can you remind me how do activate service mnu plz?
