Using the sync4j server (available at
http://www.sync4j.org/ ) I just managed to setup my first SyncML server
A few things I noticed however was that special characters has a tendency to crash the sync. (Not the server.. no it only spits out 4 pages of error messages tough). Chars like & was especially good at it.
But I did manage to remove those chars from my items and voila my own personal syncserver.
