Hello,
this is my first post and my english is not my best, so please excuse any inconvenience...
well I had got a T68i mobile phone, seriuos, pretty, worked right... I'm glad with my phone.
But I've got some problems recently:
1. RESET NEEDED QHEN I TAKE IT OUT OF MY POCKET:
well normally after I place my t68i in my pocket, when I take it out from there I can see that the mobile phone is in the LOGIN screen (it asks me the PIN number).
Once I've entered the PIN number the telephone cannot find the operator (vodafone) and I cannot call.
2. NOTE-BOOK DATA CORRUPTED:
Yesterday I had taken my mobile phone out of my pocket and I've found that the note-book had been corrupted: the names disappeared and the tel. numbers where all "00".
3. BACKUP MY NOTE-BOOK in my laptop?
Can I backup my notebook? I mean that it is annoying to have to write all the information again, and I don't know if I will have to do it again or not.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
Do you know what can I do in all the three cases?
PS:
I wouldn't like to have to change my mobile phone because it is a present from my girlfriend...

Welcome to Esato! The obvious solution is to take your phone to a SE service center and have it checked and maybe upgrade the software. Before doing that, however, do a master reset (you will lose all data stored in the phone) and then try using it again. It wouldn't hurt to check your SIM in another phone just to make sure it's not the cause of your troubles. You can indeed synch your phone with your computer using either software from the SE support site or 3rd party like FMA, which is extremely good.

corrupted/missing phone book-if you have a backup of your phonebook in your outlook, just do a "force synch" w/ settings the of outlook overwriting handset.

Do u put your phone in your back pocket? If u do,, then u probly sit on the NO (powe) button. Even if the keypad is locked then it will turn off. Just a thought....
