Have you resetted them yet? Are you using any accessories that may determine your phone to behave like this? Also, check if you have not turned on the auto-activation of this profile.

Something like that happened to me too.
It appeared that system connector was too dirty (almost black!!!).
I cleaned and then it worked.
But a friend of mine couldn't make it work so we went to a SE service center and had his telephone's system connector replaced. Now his phone works too!!!
A guy in SE serv.center told us that in some cases a phone replacement is required because some t310 have problems like that (and in charging too) because of defects on board. Just hope your case is similar to mine!!!

cheers but it seems to be getting worse, i cant hear anybody when they ring me now and only monophonic tones work, everything seems to be clean also. If the worst comes to the worst and i get a new phone any ideas for best phone around £100 - £150? Preferably camera phone
