If i dlete the install files (sis) from C: & D: i can't uninstall the applications because dissapears from the "inventory"
Why This?

I think because you haven't deleted the .SIS installation file, you have deleted the .SIS installed file. (also don't delete .SIS file in a somewhere TEMP directory).
To uninstall:
1- uninstalla appz from menu (as written on manual)
2- you can (if you want and it's better) delete folders and .ini or configuration files that uninstall leaves.

The problem is that i don't want all this sis files at the install folders (C: & D:)
But if i delete these sis files i can't uninstall the applications kater bcause does'nt appears at the list for uninstalling.

Because you delete the wrong files.
.SIS files on temp directory doesn't keep space.
If you look at the avaible space first and then you delete them you can see no difference.
.SIS files on mail folder keep space but could be deleted with no effect on system

We talk about different things i'm affraid.
Under C: (and also D:) \system there is a folder called install.
When i install from the pc an application (and after the question "where to install" ) the sis file go there at the begining and then installed by the phone.
This files keeps space at the internal memory and also at the MS.
But if you delete them does'nt appear anymore at the "inventory" and you can't uninstall an application automaticaly.
The Temp folders has only 2 folders.
One for IR and one for browser....and not sis files.
Also at mail folder i have many folders with...number but not sis files.
What is all this folders under mail?
