> What do we know about the CDA number?

My CDA# is 162004/14 R2B01 I was able to update it from R2A01 with the online update service. When I bought this phone it was supposed to be an unlocked and in my mind unbranded P900, is this not the case? Is my phone any different from any other? Is it supposed to be locked to a specific operator? I don’t think it is, as I’m using it in the US on AT&T. I don’t see any extra software or logo when it boots that would lead me to believe that is meant for a specific operator.
As best I can tell, having the CDA# 162004/14 just means I can’t update the various parts of the firmware until the corresponding operator has approved them. What operator would CDA# 162004/14 belong to anyway?

CDA# 162004/14 looks like it's a Hong Kong version of the phone. Whats the DPY number?
