I have been trying for the past two months to find out when the P900 will be available on T-Mobile. Absolutely no luck there. There is no information on any of the other new handsets either.
I remember the Z600 being available for a short period. Don't know if they've taken that off the network.
Anyone know why T-Mobile always lags behind in phone releases apart from the 'we are testing the phones to meet our specification' line that the company gives out.
I am thinking it's time to jump ship!

I spoke to a guy at gravesend t-mobile a couple of weeks ago and he said that they did have some p900's but they were running p800 software and that the new stock of p900's would be out in february sometime.

Its been proven time & again that T-Mobile is the worst network to be on!!...be it Reception Quality; After Sales Service;Insurance;Handsets.
They only sell there network on Tariffs alone!!.
If u want a quality service and good after sales care...Go for Orange.

I remember when T-Mobile used to be the best for handset choices. They always seem to have the handset out first. Also they where pioneers in having their cross network tariff out first, other networks had to follow. They were the first for MMS sending. Ok back then they where lagging behind in reception (96% of the population). Nowadays that doesn't matter, its just pot luck if one network offers better reception than another in a certain area. My brothers phone on T-Mobile has full bars anywhere in my house. My Orange struggles around certain parts of the house. T-Mobile are also HHHHUUUGGGEEE. They are set up (not under the same name) in most of europe, America, etc.
However I always found that Orange seem to do just better, I got a good set up with Orange (Everyday 50!!!- still got it).

I would rather pay more for a quality service than pay less for an inferior always struggling Service which t-mobile has and always had!!..Even though they have been around for many man years and yes true were pioneers of many of todays tariffs and trends;have never improved on the call quality!..many of my friends r on t-mobile have been for years and r always struggling for better reception!!..Where as i have been on orange and have never had that problem even though i have traveled up & down the country.
No wounder Orange have been winning JD Power Best Network Provider for the last 5 years!!....Now thats saying something.

5 years now, it seems like the other networks couldn't be arsed trying to knab that award off em. Too busy hiring David Beckham in naff adverts so people around the country can get bored and change channel. David Beckham I'd imaging costs a bit. With that money they could have used it to improve service. Oh well. Orange adverts ain't that much better but, for that matter Network adverts in general are pretty pap.

Oh just to let you know Orange will be spluging onto 3G pretty quick. Tests are already underway for 3G networking, I heard 2meg download speed!!! Pretty reliable source but still pretty goodamn hard to believe.

Been trying to get them to tell me when they are releasing it as well, but they give the same excuse all the time.
Am hanging on though as I got my p800 free from them (some polite whinging), and I have 2 lines, so looking for a similar deal for the p900.

Called em earlier today and they were talking about the end of Jan - so if U can wait, not too long now.

Fingers X'ed

Anyone know any updates of the release date? I'm getting impatient and it will only cost be £37 to pay off my contract. Fed up of waiting to be honest!
