> help please p800 hangup

i changed the startup video on my p800.the mp4 file to which i changed it contained audio only.now whenever i start the phone the startup file plays well but after that the scree goes white and nothing works .there are no options whatsoever .what should i do .please help me.can i format the phone .i cannot connect the phone to pc as the pc doesnt recognize it.

I have been informed that should one change the mp4 files and they not work, the phone is offically boned!
Service Centre is the only way forward unless you can perform a master reset w/o the phone on - which as far as I know, cannot be done by us.

Use the bloody search before messin around with ur phone, find out if there r risks involved.
Now if u'll all excuse me i have to get my p800 clock working again, messed around with the files and its buggered now!

my p800 works again i gave it to service station and in 4-5 hours its all right again.
