> Opera problem, Please help

Did a search, but nothing came up, my problem is, after uninstalling a program, everytime I start opera I get the message,
Program closed
Reason code user
reason number 8
Tried reinstalling opera but to no avail. Anyone???

I used sman to delete any residue, but whenever I try to reinstall it, it keeps going back to the same problem...

you got rid of the bookmarks, saved pages and opera.ini file? theres opera files scattered all over the c: drive....

Uninstall opera, and then get rid of these files..
c://system/data/opera. c://system/data/bookmarks.c://system/data/web.c://documents/opera.c://system/apps/opera.reinstall and it will work.
