How can i get a busy tone when some1 is calling me (Not a diver to the voice mailbox) ?

My old Siemens A35 did

I have but i cant find the answer.

In the manage calls menu theres an accept calls menu.. you can accept calls from your list or ban someone from your phonebook....

When u divert ur calls,go to conditionals and set it to divert after 5 rings(or whatever standard u have) on a unusual number like 05555 or so. In my case i'll get a busy tone. U can also disable the mailbox,that's what i did.
