Well when i try to use the stylus on the screen, it does not register any 'touches' at all.

Basically if i touch the screen it doesn't work.

And it isn't on 'lock screen' either.

Frustrating !

The screen still looks as normal by the way.

Go to service menu and format the phone. Its only an idea,am not sure about this. Dont forget to make a backup of the phone memory before you do the format.

I have the came problem, stilllocked up after a week and you can't access all the menus. You can't even master reset it. Have you unlocked yours yet, if yes how.

Good luck.

Press the battery icon in the bottom right corner with your stylus.

If the screen is locked as it is, pressing anything with the stylus will not be much use. The touch screen is locked mate! It's two cans and piece of string I'm afraid.

Tried that, sort of stuck out here in no-mans land at present, can't get back home until early Feb. Never mind. Guess I'll go MOTO RAZOR next time, looks like a nice piece of work?

Are you from Bonnie Scotland by any chance?
