just thought i would let everyone know, i originally searched in this forum and found a name of a company that had been recommended for removing the network crap from my t610, it was on orange, and now is totally ORANGE FREE!!!!!! very good service,,, they charged me only £20 couldnt complain, while i was there they also told me that they can remove the orange crap from my p900 as well....... i was amazed,, i now have the normal SE start up and shut down movies too
very happy indeed.

congratulations, but be warned that many people who did this and later got a firmware upgrade had their phones reverted to the custom firmware.... so be careful!

thank you,, and yes i spoke with them about it,, but apparently if you totally change the GFDS or GDFS or something security area,, then the emma2 ericsson thing will recognize it as a Sim free model...
i dont know exactly was a bit technical for me to understand but you can ask them and see what they say
this forum is very useful place, cant beleive it took me so long to find it

the emma2 i think must be Ericsson's own service equiptment for the phones, and as for GDFS i think it is some area in the phone memory
but ask them on there forum above, the guys seemed very technical !!
i am very happy anyway,, they also upgrade firmware
