You can't even find any information that t630 liquid black is coming for the main market, unless the partnership with T-Mobile. So if Norway is in the list or not it doesn't make any sense!
But i've also heard that the liquid is coming for the norwegian market. Not just heard, but i saw Dangaard Telecom's press notice about the release.
Anyway, that's great! I'll be the first in Norway to get that phone

yes it comes unlocked, for all norwegians operators.
In norwegian:
Den kommer til norge uten operatørlås, det kan godt hende at de første telefonene kommer med operatørlås, men da er det enten telenor eller netcom.
