Ok, I now have the latest firmare for my P900 and Spanish package is not available for download. I downloaded older versions and changed the filenames with no luck. They wont install.

Any ideas? Searched the forum and only found info about people doing no P800's what I just tested.

...if you entered the right "Type" of P900 (means 162003/4 for English/Greek/Spanish/Portugues) then after the firmware upgrade - doing the first reboot/config you should have back all language files ...

Me for example: Got a 162003/2 type (English, German, French, Italian)....after firmware upgrades, i could always choose any of the four...however: as soon (except for english) i have chosen German, then French and Italian are not anymore in the "Language Selection" ...

So must it be for you....Else try to reflash your P900 with the correct Type 162003/4 to get back Spanish....(see following list of known P900 Types)

CDA162003/1 English / Swedish / Norvegian / Danish / Finish
CDA162003/2 English / French / German / Italian
CDA162003/3 English / French / German / Netherlands
CDA162003/4 English / Greek / Portuguese / Spanish
CDA162003/5 English / French
CDA162003/6 ???
CDA162003/7 ???
CDA162003/8 ???
CDA162003/9 English / Turkish / Russian / Hungarian / Romanian

Gebrandet:
CDA162004/3 orange uk
CDA162004/4 Swisscom
CDA162004/5 Sunrise
CDA162004/10 Vodafone-D2

Hope it helps

@fboesch

Thanks for your reply. As a coincidence, I see you live in Swtizerland. I live in Lausanne and for this reazon it is very important for me to have French, German and Italian (not that I speak the three of them, of course ). In fact, French, English and Spanish would be a winning combination and since I'm learning German, why not having it.

What I just don't understand is why they have all these versions of the Organiser translated to different languages but they don't put the individual languages available online. It is obvious that the translation have already been done!!!
