You can make outlook use the GroupWise address book so maybe it'll work that way. I'm not going to try as ours contains 24,000 names

Did anyone find an answer to this? My company just got 3 P900s (and I've a P800 for a year now) and we'd like to sync our calendars and selected phone lists.

This from the Novell support website.
Problem: Updating / synchronizing calendar information from Groupwise 6.5 to Sony Ericsson P800 mobile phone calendar. There is no direct update available.
Solution: The sony ericcson uses Symbian V 7 OS and this comes with standard MS Outlook synchronisation software but none for Groupwise. The solution is:
Open Groupwise 6.5
Open Outlook (2002)
Check that Outlook has automatically picked up the Groupwise Calendar
Go into Sony Ericsson syncstation settings, tick the Calendar box and then select "force full synchronisation" under full synchronization tab
Go sony ericcson synchronize function and run the synchronization progam. When asked for allowed access select the 2 minute option.
This updates the phone.

This works for a P900 using PC Suite 2.3.1...
