Several customers has walked in to our store in sweden the last 3weeks and Iīve been told that they canīt syncronise with the computer and that all their contacts and calender notes are gone.
Has anyone else heard about this problem or a similar one?
Regards Robert

It's possible that it's a Calendar bug, but i don't think so.
I'm tempted to say there they gave wrong synchronization settings.
I can't specify them right now, because i don't have Outlook right here (i think this is what you're referring to when you say "syncronize").
There options like "Force full synchronization", "Delete from computer", "Delete from phone", etc...
You can define who has the priority when synchronizing, the PC or the phone.
You just have to check them out

I agree with Krubach, because I did something similar with the contacts. And I lost them all. Why it happened was because I wanted a fresh list on my computer so I erased, so that I wouldnt get two of some contacts and so on. Good thing I backed up just a few mins before. My settings was wrong, that was all. make sure that you copy from the phone to the pc and dont allow the pc to copy to the phone. That is what I did.

OK, I've checked it.
I suppose you have PC Suite installed right?
So go to the "Sync Station Settings" in your application folder of your windows menu and click it.
There are two possibilities for your contacts to disappear:
1 - In the "Standard Synchronization" Tab you selected "Automatically resolve conflicts - keep items in computer, override items in phone"
2 - In the "Full synchronization" Tab, you've selected to perform a full synchronization and in the behaviour selection, you chose "Keep all items in computer and override items in phone"
These are the two possibilities for the contacts to disappear when synching it.
I can't test if i'm right, and i won't anyway.
