Have a look here.

Your size for P900 is 320 x 208, so you have to make avi or mpeg files in this resolution;
otherwise for the best settings ,follow link !

this guy did a good job.
It's very good quality on my P900

Indeed this is the only actually impressive video results I've seen on p900... its certainly a lot better than the lo res "hole in one" video that ships with it. I did find however, that lowering the bitrate just a little compared to the tutorial, made for less dropped frames (smoother playback overall). About 10-20%... this without any noticeable change in quality.

You might also want to experiment with the adaptive framerate setting, it can make a great deal of difference (you'd never believe it was only 10 fps).

I use mpegable for everything now, can fit 3 or 4 25 min tv shows on one 128 mb duo, but for a full movie I'll use 2 128mb cards and split it.

I noticed 296x194 will play full screen. Of course this wont do for a 4:3 source (for example tv shows), it'll screw up the aspect ratio... but if you're encoding a widescreen clip or something that you can crop to the right ratio it'll turn out great.
