Search revealed only problems w/ connection via IR, cable etc. or not restoring at all.
My question is, can we restore selected files like contacts only, jotter only, programs etc. instead of the entire c drive? Restoring an older file would mean losing newly added info. Any way this is possible? What programs are required and how to do this?

u can restore contacts,jotter,messages and some more things by synchronizing ur phone.just right click on the phone icon which appears in the right corner of ur pc monitor screen.and click on synchronize.however u need to have microsoft office before doing so. i think u also have to change some setting by cliking on sync station setting which comes as an option along with synchronize
