I encoded a few mpeg's to mpeg4 following this guide:

Yet whenever I try to play them on the P900, the sound lags.

The Vid starts, there's a short burst of sound, then silence, then after about a minute, the sound comes on but lagging way behind the video.

Where did I go wrong? How do I fix this?

u prolly messed up the encoding
happens

that is when the bitrate of the movie is faster than the audio or something
(not a tech guruu on these things)

all I know that it only happens when the vid is in crappy quality
