Hi guys... Cant get XTND connect to work..Under the innstalation, it just says: Outlook must be run prior before continiung instalation.. what the heck does that mean? i cancel the instalation and run Outlook, but its just keep coming
some body please? help will be very appriciated

yeah, that the O/S version, but which version of outlook do you have? is it at least outlook (or office) 98?
edit: and nother Q... are you using mcaffee as I recal that can cause a problem too

You must run and do a basic config with Outlook before sync with your phone? You can check your Outlook version in Help/About. If it says 2002 then you are using Office XP.

aha! the XTND software does not work with outlook express, only with outlook.
