Hi,
my headphone is alll the time connected to P900, I want to hear incoming call rings
from handheld speaker instead of headphone, is it possible?

Yeah - Either unplug the headphone from the phone or change your phone handling settings under "Phone -> Preferrence" to 'Handset'. That will cause all sounds and sorts to be handled exclusively by the phone. I think the profile may currently be set to 'headset'.
