I mean that when you put your private logos you have the choice if you want : "Available to other esato visitors"
What that's mean?
Can other can see my logo's if i accept this?
When can i see the other visitors logos?

Not all, but the best of the "shared" logos is copied over to the public logo listing.
You'll find them at http://www.esato.com/logos/colour/
