Yesturday i finally got my data cable to work after stumbling onto this forum, after i uploaded a few tones and themes, my battery ran flat, i then put it into charge and there was not charging signal on the phone and battery life wasnt moving, the phone eventually turned off. I then put it in charge, i kept it on all night, the red light was on and everything. When i came to turn the phone on it wouldnt turn on. I currently have it in charge, the red light is on, but the phone wont turn on, can someone help me, is it the battery or the phone?

T610, i think its the battery, because the phone is recognizing the charger. What do you think? Is there any way around it?

Not really sure. It could be the battery, or it could be that you've downloaded something that has managed to corrupt the phones software. This message was posted from a T300

Try removing the battery for five minutes and try again or try a mate's battery if that dosent solve it then ,it could be because the phone memeory is too full in that case I think you may need to format the drive, but you can't do it with out the phone turning on so you may need to take it to the service centre.
I am not a t610 expert though there are people here who know t610 really well so wait a bit before going to the service centre.

No what i was thinking was if you had downloaded or taken something off the phone and it's corrupted the phones software somehow.. This message was posted from a T300

Yep nothing, i think the battery is stuffed, i just want to make sure its the battery before i buy a new one, any way i can find out?
