> Problem synchrinising my P800

hi! im using windows xp home ed. with service pack 1 and im having a problem synchronising my P800... i already installed the pc suite and connected the syncstation to my usb port of my laptop... but it wont connect... well is says it is connected when i tried to right click on the phone connection link but theres no phone that shows when i tried to click on the change phone option... and one thing is that i cant see that phone icon on my system tray... please help me with this. thank you so much for your time on reading this msg.

Have you tried disabling your firewall (if you have one)? That was my issue when I had trouble before.

Sounds primitive, but I always used to get this problem with my P800 when I had one.
The answer? Gently blow on the connectors on the bottom of the phone. Turns out that sometimes dust would stop it connecting properly. Always fixed it.
