> P900 Questions (Alarm/Voice Dialing)

Just a few questions,
1)Is it poss to make the alram sound when the phone is turned off?, or have you got to keep it switched on all the time? (This seem to be the case at the moment)
2)Does the P9 have voice dialling options, I have already miss placed my hand book and cant find any menus on the phone for voice options, I found the voice commands very useful in my car kit with the T610 and T68i.
