Why is it i can send emails from the message app, but cant view my inbox? the only way i can is by going on the web site. When i tap on get and send, it says "secure connection failed"

I think all my settings are correct.

Anyone else had this prolem?

I think i had this problem once before.

I deleted the settings and put them in again. I had this prob cos i used the Orange email wizard. Also do you def have the incoming mail server as pop.orange.net?

The problem I had with Orange.net mail is that you now sign up by phone number, and you don't give it an account name. I couldn't find my account name on the website, so I ended up emailing Orange support - turns out the account was a random collection of about 10 letters and digits - not very friendly

if you used the orange email set up program, then go to control panel, messaging, then orange.net tab and go to advanced and tick the box for "uses MIME encoding"
