Try edit >zoom. Alternatively, hold it further away from your face the font will seem smaller.

I cant check it right now, my p800 fell down the stairs today - he is dead...

So still gonna try to help u...

Go to the control panel, there is the future to change the font (phone preferences), under which options i cant recall at this moment.

Some apps install a truetype font support system (eDoom for one)

Install anything new recently?

Quick office also has support for ttf, there is a folder for fonts as well that it uses. you can add and remove fonts on there (D:\system\fonts)

it is back to the normal font.

I did a a master reset, then switched on the phone without the duo stick, then put in the duo stick and found an installed system font file installed on it,I uninstalled it and voila evreything is back to the normal font.
switching on the phone without the duo stick is to avoid any extra font file to be used by the system and to be able to uninstall it
