should I buy the T610 today? (I know you will tell me to get the T630 but it's not in my budget) What are the disadvantages and advantages of this phone?

Yeah, I've had a T610 for a couple of months or so, no major complaints at all. Very briefly:

Advantages:

- Easy to Use
- Loads of features
- small(ish), light and well styled, in my opinion
- Java and Mophun support

Disadvantages:

- slow menus and Java (firmware upgrades help, though)
- Ascending ringtones that you can't disable
- Screen can be difficult to see in bright daylight

EDIT: removed Typo

You speak about problem of the screen in daylight, but how is the screen quality in indoor? compared to nokia 6610 and samsung s300?

Personally, I have no problems with viewing the screen indoors. Not familiar with the other phones you mentioned so I can't compare.

The T610 screen is not THAT bad in daylight anyway, just can be a bit hard to see in direct sunlight, that's all.

The T610 offers the ability to change the screen's colour schemes through themes, and I've found that choosing a darker, high contrast theme helps with the daylight problem no end. You can easily change themes as often as you like, so I usually have one for indoors and one for outdoors!

And the ringtones are loud enough? even in noisy rooms?

it takes midis, so any decent midi editor will let you increase the volume before you load it on the phone. so in a word - yes (if you fiddle a bit).

MUCH better than a 6610, and easily comparable to a S300.

The only issue I found was dull display compared to Z600. Dull in the sense less color. Rest every thing is great……
