welcome to esato!
there are a number of options under "settings\display"
e.g. wallpaper, light, contrast, etc.
the phone manual will have more details.

I am specificaly serching for adjusting the colour. The only option available in the display settings are contrast (NO brightness and colour)

what are you trying to do with the colour - change it entirely or just fiddle with brightness/contrast like a computer monitor?

The thing is if I compair to z600 my set has less colour (T610) both are TFT and 65000 colours and if we transfer any photos to both sets display in z600 looks real and t610 has low colour. Is there any problem with my handset

no. t610 is an
STN display while z600 is
TFD. the technical differences are available elsewhere on these forums, but the upshot is that TFD is a better quality display than STN, but STN has a lower power consumption. TFD is designed to provide comparable quality to TFT for less power.
basically, your results are as expected. any serious image editing would need to be done on a pc.
btw - you may want to fix the spelling in the thread title

Thank you for your comment. Please check the specification provided in the Sony Ericsson Web site and tell me what is difference between the displays.

you may want to have a read of
this thread which discusses the differences between STN and TFT.
TFD stands for "thin film diode", and operates along the same lines as TFT except that it uses diodes instead of transistors, consequently drawing less power and delivering comparable image quality.
the screen type is completely independent of the number of display colours. the

website doesn't go into those sort of details to avoid confusing people.

Yaar...I accept that abbreviations but Sony Ericsson site says that there is no difference in both of the display.

i didn't see that (it just said 65k colour lcd display for each of them). does it actually say "there is no difference" anywhere, or do they just fail to tell you the difference?
since t610 and z600 are ostensibly identical (i.e. they have the same functions),

cannot market one as being "better" irrespective of hardware improvements. you need to look elsewhere for that kind of info.
