Do you mean on ur phone or on Tinternet?
I've had trouble with both! My P800 can't connect to the server and their web site just flashes blank screens and says 'done' with nothing there!

Both. Wap says username or password incorrect. Same on internet. After a while using same username and password you can eventually get mail. This message was posted from a T300

I wouldn't pay for the service they are providing at the moment. It's only the text alerts that are been charged anyway. This message was posted from a T300

@ corny They're not going to charge from sunday this taken from the o2 website

From 1st March 2004, when you use O2 Active, you will be charged at a rate of £2.35 per megabyte. On average a page of information in O2 Active is 10 kilobytes depending on the amount of graphics and text. So every time you use O2 Active and download a page you are only charged for the amount of data you use, typically 2.3p per page. Plus if you use O2 Active a lot, from the 1st March 2004, you will be able to purchase an O2 Active Bolt On giving you almost unlimited usage of up to 5MB for just £4 a month. Usage over this 5MB limit will be charged at the standard pay as you use rate.

Also from the early days when the mail service was BTCellnet/Genie right up until now it has always been noted for being ureliable in terms of access. I find no problems accessing the mail service using either opera or netscape on pc the non stop loop thing seems to just be with IE

I access it daily via GPRS to download email to my TG50. It has always operated like that especially lunchtime and early evening when I assume it's busy. They need to get it sorted before they charge for it.

I've used it since the genie days, in fact my email address still has the @genie.co.uk address. It has always been the same. I only use it because it's free. If i had to say for it i wouldn't This message was posted from a T300

So whats happening with us o2-online customers who get 300 free texts and wap mins per month free (as long as we top up £10 a month)? Will we get any GPRS free?
