there is a scratch on one of the gold connectors on the duo's edge.. will this cause any problems? The duo works fine and the phone can read and write on the duo but i dont know whether its bad for the phone. Does this cause any problem to the data transfer ?

First of all, small scratches are normal, as that is simply the contacts making their connection.
I'd love to know how you managed to make a bigger scratch if you did....especially if it was an accident.
Only forseeable way i can guess that you managed to do it is by poking it with a pin...in which case you probably deserve to have it break on you

No offense or anything, but I don't really see the benefit of that..
But then I'm jumping to conclusions...

actually it's not a small line scratch... i dont know how i did it... i bought it a few days ago and maybe i scratched it when i inserted it in the adaptor. it's as if the edge of the gold connector is pealed of. Its not a big area, just a small area.
i tried taking a picture but the photograph is fuzzy
will it cause any trouble on the data transfer speed? I am very worried about it
