I have just noticed a feature on my p800 that I didn't know existed till now! When I type in a number then press the "options" button, I get the option to "Hide my number". However, when I press that, the number I typed in is prefixed with "#31#". Obviosly, in the uk, thi should be "141" shouldn't it?

Does anyone know how to change this prefix in the p800??

Theres also an option to "Show my number". I think the automatic prefix of "*31#" is also wrong

#31# is the GSM standard code for hiding your number and *31# is the standard GSM code for showing your number

have a look at a complete (I think) list I put into the following thread

Whats the *#30# thingey.
