Hello,

i have been using GPRS for quite some time now. and i used it early today morning too. But now it says "wrong access point (APN)" message when i try to access the WAP browser of T610.

I have contacted the Service provider (Hutch Karnataka India ) and asked several times but they seem to be saying the same thing " we will see ", i hope its the problem with the Service Provider..

Any workaround.. ??

if its been working fine up until now then almost certainly its a service provider problem. I experience the same thing from time to time

i really dunno @masseur

. i am quite sad as i am facing this error for the first time since 5 hours or so.

Service provider said in a low tone that he hasnt received this kinda complaint from anyone till now.

So i am a bit tensed.

if you haven't changed any settings and if that is the best service your provider can give then there is little choice but to wait it out. Mind you when I am not happy with answers from my service providers I tend to call back a couple of times to see if I get the same answers and quite often other people are more interested to try and find out something more.

Chandan. No worries at all please. Pls do not be tensed. Has happened with me too and you know i an with the same provider. It happened days back and has not re occured. But the first time it sacred the pants off me :-D be calm! It will be ok after sometime. And accept the fact that hutch is NOT going to admit their mistake :-D This message was posted from a WAP device

actually i have reinstalled the GPRS and MMS settings several times since morning and still i have this error.

As you say, i should wait and see for today

was desperate to check a site net for new wallpapers and themes and ringtones..

but i will content with downloading to my harddisk and transferring to my cell manually
