Ok, after much debate on wether the "Duo" will fit behind the cover of a p800, as most of them have the ribbing as seen below, I decided they werent that important.

As you can see I use that "sticki tac" stuff which you can find in the stationary section, its great stuff and does not permanently stick and is reuseable. It is great for getting rid of that squeak that the p800 suffers in the back cover over time. cuz it holds the cover snugly.

I removed the top rib/brace by peeling it away, using a needle nose plier. You twist move up, twist again, repeat until you reach the other end, you can clean it up as i did later with a flat head screwdriver or something like that, be creative. And your'e done.

As you can see the memory card is placed contacts UP!!! against the top of the battery compartment, the sticki tac holds it in place as well as keeps it off the battery. you can push the duo in until it is level with the edge of the compartment. The back cover "WILL" fit perfect over that. So now you can always have an extra duo with you and not worry about losing it. All by removing one of those ribs/braces

Hope this helps some of you p800'ers out there.

Pay attention, there are "2" different versions of the p800 back covers. And an MS Duo will "NEVER" safely fit behind one with the ribbing/braces in it, this also keeps the memory card off the surface of the battery as well.

@ Arfi

How exactly does using removable sticki tac, and removing one piece of plastic that no one will ever see ruin your phone? Battery covers are cheap, and I have another 2 laying around

Mine is without Ribs but i prefer not to put the ms duo inside because there still have the squek sound. Even my cover have the ribs, i won't break it coz it's like breaking my "2nd" wife's ribs.
