My phone regularly seems invisible to my PC via the USB connected stand.

The odd thing is that the charger (also connected to the stand) fails to work at the same time.

Does this suggest a hardware (knackered stand) problem rather than the usual software stuff ?

Know nobody with the same phone, but I have discovered that if I diconnect/reconnect the USB cable......... Bingo !

This is really bugging me !

Also when it is finally connected, the SyncStation Setting screen cannot see Microsoft Outlook in the drop-down options, only my Windows address Book.

Anymore thoughts ?
