i use the Quick Office Premiere for editting Word and Excel Files.
Both has the QuickSheet and QuickWord.

Wasn't it originally thought that the P900 should come with adequate software for doing such a thing, rather than just being able to view word files...
I know you can get add-on solutions, but it was strange that nothing came of this and has been rarely mentioend since the release of th phone

Yes Quickoffice(r) is an excellent piece of software to use for that, you can even load custom "TTF" Fonts to use in the software, to match the ones on your PC.

The announcements from SE regarding the P900 definitely said the P900 allowed you to edit word and excel files. But when I got my phone this week
there was no mention of this
Does anyone know what happened to this? BTW, I'm glad we at least seem to be able to buy a solution.
