I checked everything in the Internet and tried to call Ericsson support without success. Maybe somebody experienced the same problems.
I downloaded FullFunctionalityOutlook_R4A package, because I need the SMS synchronisation with Outlook. The installation process aborts at the end, a message window appears containing "Purchase!" and parts of the software will be deinstalled again. It was definitely working on Windows 2000. And I have no problems with other software versions, but I need the SMS synch with Outlook.
I found in earlier discussions here that you can deinstall the Windows XP patch Q328310, but I even don't have this specific patch. Some other (newer) patches might cause the same problems.
Does anybody has any idea. Any help is appreciated.
Besides: Is there somewhere a place in the web where I can download the R4Apackage4.exe, since the original link on the SonyEricsson website doesn't exist anymore.
