organiser: CXC 162021 R2B02
CDA: CDA 162003/8 R2B01SE, SE update service says the latest organiser version is R3A06,?I did run seus_setup113, and I rebooted, the update will not load error message: unknown error. SE says uninstall and try again, did it - same probelm, any ideas? This is a sim free phone

I get the 'unknown error' message when at the office where I work. At home, changing nothing else, I am able to use the update service.

I am guessing this is a firewall issue, my router at home does very little port blocking.
