For a short-time exercise here for the members, try doing the following steps and by the number. This is sooooooo stupid, but true and it will definitely drive you crazy. Enjoy !
1. While sitting in your chair, lift your 'right foot' off the ground and make a 'clockwise circular' motion.
2. Now, while doing this, make/draw a number '6' in the air using your right hand.
Notice your foot doing/moving in a different direction now and you just cannot do anything about it . . .
