hi guys, just wonder if any of you have an outstanding order with phoneboxdirect.com?
i'd gotten fed up with osps messing me around, and i'd emailed phoneboxdirect.com to ask if they had any p900s in stock. They replied back saying they had, so I placed an order. The next day, "4u Ltd Fulfilment" emailed me saying that, although I passed the credit check, there were no p900s in stock. So, i sneakily emailed phoneboxdirect.com from another address, asking if they still had p900s(this was a day later), and I got another reply saying yes, they had!
Since then, I've tried contacting thme on their 0870 number, i've emailed them twice, and i can't get any reply. I've even emailed "4u Ltd Fulfilment" on the address they had on their email, and still nothing. I'm starting to get suspicious, although I presume that "4u Ltd Fulfilment" are part of Caudwell Holdings, the same as phone4u?
Any advice would be appreciated guys, cheers.

P.S should I email orange, as i'd be contracted with them, or would they not help?

no, he's right, singlepoint are godawful, try ending a contract with them-you get upto ten calls a day from them trying to stop you, and as they're only an airtime supplier, OFCOM are powerless.

well, i'm presuming that it's more likely to be phones4u, as they deal with the phone supply side of things, whereas snglepoint deal with the billing. I know singlepoint do billing on the voda network, but do they do orange too? Basically, does anyone know if my airtime contract is with orange, or somone else?

Who knows, maybe he's still waiting for his P900!

I love it when people post without checking the thread dates, leads to some very interesting old threads sometimes being unearthed
