> how do i send a note by txt?

i've been told about this, and seen it work:
you send a txt with a "code" of symbols at the beginning, it was somehting like "!! ", with the space and without the exclamation marks. you can send this to any phone, using hte mobile's number (not bluetooth or infrared). then when they receive it, it's just displayed on the screen, like a note on an SE phone.
anyone know what hte real code is???

sorry forgot to mention. yeah it's composed exactly like an sms, and sent like one, but the code makes it show as soon as the other phone receives it.
