i am not using a
anymore but if you refere to a sync using a pc then no problem but i am not sure if it is possible when establishing a direct connection to the server

You can try either ReplyMail from Reply Wireless or Openhand-mobile.com. Both have over-the-air synch products for Exchange. They also offer "push" email and calendar so you are kepy up to date in real time. We have supplied both to some of our customers and they are all very happy.
